Turnkey delivery of a complete enameling plant with a very small footprint for coating the inside & outside of complex heat exchangers.
This plant consisted of :
- Offline shot blaster
- Offline spray washer
- Enamel preparation equipment
- two robot cells for flow coating respectively the inside and outside of heat exchangers
- Gas fired straight thru enameling furnace
This plant was erected in the spring of 2020 and some equipment was remotely commissioned, due to COVID related traveling restrictions.
