Provided concept engineering & project management for a large wet enameling plant for cookers & boilers at Olympic, Egypt.

Project included :

• Manual pickling plant
• Milling room
• Manual wet enamel spraying department for flat panels
• Manual wet enamel dipping department for baking ovens
• Automatic flow coating system for boilers
• Oil fired enameling furnace
• Process & quality control equipment

As you may see on the enameling plant layout below, the main challenge of this project was to fit all equipment between all these columns.
