Second hand enameling plant for cast iron cookware

One of our relations is planning to cease their enameling operation for cast iron cookware. All their enameling equipment, which was installed in 2015, is now for sale.

This enameling plant is designed to produce 250 pots & 250 lids per hour and consists of the following equipment :

  • Integrated spindle conveyor for wet enamel application and drying. Length circa 100 meters.
  • Manual & automatic spraybooths with sinter plate filters for wet enamel application
  • Gas fired enamel dryer. Brand Vera.
  • Gas fired enameling furnace. Brand EIC. Capacity 4500 kg gr/hour.

Moulds and complementary equipment

In addition to the above mentioned enameling equipment, there will also be various sandblasting, vibration, grinding machines and approximately 140 moulds for sale.
