Prince International appoints new CEO

Prince International Corporation announced that effective immediately Mr. D. Michael Wilson has been appointed as their Chief Executive Officer.

He replaces B. Christopher DiSantis, a Managing Director of American Securities LLC, who has been serving as interim CEO.
