Prince spin-off Pemco

Prince has decided to spin-of the former Pemco porcelain enamel & glass manufacturing plants in USA, Belgium & Italy and keep the Ferro plants.

This in order to obtain approval from the authorities for their acquisition of Ferro Corporation.

In consequence the Pemco porcelain enamel business will become fully independent and continue to compete against Ferro and the other PE manufacturers.
