In the 80’s Ferro Holland designed & supplied an integrated enameling line for washing machine drums & lids to Elprom in Varna, Bulgaria.
This line consisted of the following equipment :
- Automatic pickling system
- Automatic dipping & spraying systems
- Electrical enameling furnace with camelback dryer on top.
- Cooling tunnel
- One single overhead conveyor integrating the application, drying & firing department and thus eliminating the (manual) transfer between various process steps.
Undersigned installed and commissioned this line, while working for Ferro Holland’s Engineering Division.
