Ronald Ditmer works in the porcelain enameling industry since 1984 and visited hundreds of enameling operations worldwide.
Designed, built & started-up many industrial enameling furnaces and complete enameling plants, while employed by Ferro (Holland) Engineering Division in Rotterdam and its legal successors Smit Ovens BV and Smit Sinus Enamelling BV from 1984 till 1996.
Designed & started-up many powder enameling systems and provided project management for complete powder enameling plants projects, while employed by Nordson’s European Finishing Group from 1996 till 2007.
Founded Ditmer Trading & Consulting BV in 2007 and Ditmer Enameling Technology BV in 2020.
