Large manufacturer of enameled cookware experienced substantial rework & reject rates and asked DTC to assist with troubleshooting their enameling operations.
DTC conducted a multidays factory audit to identify possible causes for this undesired situation.
DTC’s report included several causes and practical solutions for each of these causes.
During a later stage of the project, DTC was also involved in the design, specification & implementation of auxiliary drying equipment.
