Provided concept engineering & project management for an online powder enameling plant for large water heater tanks at Kwikot, South Africa.
This project, which had a capacity of 120 large tanks per hour, consisted of :
Online shot blaster with 4 + 4 lances
Online powder enamel application system with 4+4 lances
Power + Free conveyor with 4 tanks per trolley integrating above mentioned machines
Automatic transfer device to move tanks one by one from the pretreatment/application conveyor to the furnace conveyor
