Eisenmann files for insolvency

Eisenmann SE filed a motion to open insolvency proceedings at the Stuttgart District Court on 29 July 2019.

The applications were also submitted to Eisenmann Anlagenbau GmbH & Co. KG, Eisenmann Lactec GmbH and Enisco GmbH & Co. KG.
