Ariston Group has signed an agreement to acquire a brand-new manufacturing facility for water heaters in India.
The facility is located near Hyderabad, in the state of Telangana, and is currently owned by Hintastica Private Limited – a joint venture between Groupe Atlantic and Hindware Home Innovation Limited.
