Today (7/7/2023) is my first day at a major enameling furnace renovation project.
Replacing radiant tubes, metal flue, insulation and installing new control panel & air seals.

Update Sunday July 9th
First project step almost completed after three long working days.
All insulation and alloy removed from hotzone.

Yesterday (11/7/2023) we disconnected the wirings and removed the old control panel.
Today (22/7) we are halfway the project. The furnace steelwork has been reinforced and most of insulation has been installed. Looking forward to mount the metal flue & radiant tubes again.
