In the coming months Ditmer Enameling Technology BV will provide concept engineering, project management & quality assurance services during the preparation & execution of a major repair at a 40 years old Ferro enameling furnace.
This repair, which is intended to increase the furnace lifetime and reduce its energy consumption, will include the replacement of the following furnace components :
- Radiant tubes
- Metal flue
- Insulation in hotzone
- Air seals
- Radiation shields
- Control panel
- Electrical cables
