Assisted a customer in the United Kingdom with replacing all radiant tubes of their vitreous enameling furnace.
The old radiant tubes of the Leerco / Ferro GB enameling furnace were partly deformed & cracked at the welding seam after many years of operation.
DTC supplied new S-shaped radiant tubes, made of Inconel 601, complete with tailor-made radiant tube supports.
We also installed sample pipes for measuring & optimizing the combustion efficiency of the burners.
